[scribus] window problem after changing workspace in cinnamon linux mint 18.3

I'm working with scribus 1.5.4 and 1.5.5svn.

I use Scribus under linux mint 18.03 cinnamon 64b. I work with four
workspaces.

There is a problem with specific opened windows after having moved to an
other workspace and back.

When I open a window like preferences that ends with a choice for ok or
abort and I leave this window open and then when I have moved to another
window and back to scribus, I cannot click to OK or abort anymore. And
every click in this windows seems to be some centimeters lower than the
target option. Other windows like scratchbook function normally.

I notice this behaviour on more than one computer, always with linux
mint cinnamon since I started DTP one year ago.

Peter

If so, it sounds like the issue is with your DE, not Scribus.

Hi Peter,

I'm seeing this with Fedora 26. Must be something with your
window/workspaces manager.
